In 2024, Chris produced Istanbul Dreams, a gala production celebrating the artistry and legacy of legendary Turkish Oriental dancer Sema Yıldız. Although Sema was ultimately unable to travel to Australia due to health reasons, the event brought together performers from across Melbourne in a heartfelt tribute to her remarkable contribution to Oriental dance.
The production received overwhelmingly positive feedback from performers, audience members and the wider dance community, recognising the professionalism, artistic vision and dedication behind the event.
